Shera Lynn Murray
Nutritional Therapist, Wellness Advocate, LMT
Shera Lynn has a lifelong passion to discover how the human body functions. She has learned through experience that no two bodies are alike. Each is unique in their own way. She believes in a team effort to find a whole body approach to healing. As a graduate from the University Of Western States massage therapy program, Shera Lynn incorporates her knowledge in nutrition, essential oil education, and body work to tailor a treatment plan that will meet the individual needs of each client. Shera Lynn enjoys spending time with her family on the rugby pitch. She loves to cheer her boys on and also participate in local Touch rugby tournaments and 5k, 10k or half marathon races.
Heather is a Portland native and attended the University of Western States Massage Therapy Program. Her background and education are in medically-based, therapeutic massage and is drawn to the challenge of treating sports injuries, Motor vehicle Accidents, chronic pain, and the everyday aches and pains from our daily lives utilizing deep tissue therapies such as Trigger Point release, Pin and Stretch and Muscle Energy Technique as well as Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) to address all stages of injury, recovery and general wellness. She keeps active playing ice hockey, camping, kayaking and spending time with family and friends. Come in and see how Heather can help you!

Molly Verschingel, LMT #5164
Molly Verschingel has over 25 years of massage therapy experience. She has been the team massage therapist for the Portland Winterhawks for 11 years, and 13 years for the Portland State Vikings. Molly owns and teaches sports massage clinics and classes for Time Out Sports Massage Education. She has national, Olympic and World competition experience, and is the author and presenter of the DVD Sports Massage for the nationally known company, Bodyworks. Years of experience and study has made her skills exceptional NOT JUST for athletes, but for everyone.The soft tissues tell a story of how everybody moves throughout their day, everyday. Whether you are an athlete training year round or working on a computer all day, chronic tightness can be painful. My goal when giving a massage treatment is to read those patterns and help correct problems.
